New Land Guesthouse, also known as “Runi”, has spacious rooms with breezy verandas. Runi is well known for the delicious food that can be served in the restaurant or taken away. Meals are prepared from age old recipes, with carefully selected fresh ingredients, all 100% organic and grown or produced locally.

4 A/C and 4 non A/C rooms with attached bathroom and veranda/balcony.

A/C: 3 double rooms, 1 triple room.

Non A/C: 4 double rooms.

Rates: A/C rooms: Double: 2500 Rs – Triple: 3000 Rs.

Non A/C rooms: 1000/2000 Rs.

FOOD:

Sri Lankan food: Rice and curry, biryani, stringhoppers, pittu, rotti, shorteats, etc.

Seafood specialties: baked crab, baked lobster, grilled fish, devilled prawns, devilled crabs, etc.

Western food : Noodles, fried rice, sandwiches, omelets, french fries, vegetable salad, etc.

Sweet corner: Fruit salad, banana muesli, sago porridge, etc.

Fresh fruit juices: orange, lime, pineapple, mango, papaya, woodapple, etc. and soft drinks.
